Daily Duties at Ebix, Inc.:

Concurrently planned and coordinated all facets of both departmental and IT projects; introduced project management principles to manage key metrics effectively, including project scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, communications, risks, and procurement. Served as Implementation / Project Manager for client engagement services and solution implementations; interfaced with key stakeholders to define expectations, mitigate risks, and ensure achievement of project objectives. Supervised up to 28 onshore / offshore personnel during project engagements. Mentored personnel on methodologies and consulting excellence; encouraged best practices in project management and planning.
