Daily Duties at Ebix, Inc.:
Plan, coordinate, and manage custom software development projects for the Life & Annuity insurance industry from initial planning through production release as Professional Services / Senior Project Manager for client engagement services; orchestrate all facets of solution implementations for Fortune 500 insurance carriers / clientele onto enterprise life insurance management and sales software (desktop, web and mobile software and data center hosting solutions). Communicate with key stakeholders to define project scope, schedule, and budget metrics; assess existing infrastructures, analyze & design solutions, and offer recommendations. Optimize daily operations by integrating standard principles and lessons learned. Supervise 3-5 direct reports; recruit, train, and mentor onshore / offshore project teams, ensuring optimal performance towards achieving project objectives.
