1. Guiding other programmers in solving technical problems in PL/SQL and Forms/Reports. 2. Modeling, design and development of Online Distribution System using Oracle10g and 9i, both server-side and front-end, using PL/SQL, Forms 10g, & Reports 10g extensively.
