Consistently highest average project profit margin in the company. - Team Management / Operations Management: - Designed and instituted general business knowledge and Project Management Best Practices training for Project Managers and Account Managers. - Responsible for the management of 6 to 10 direct reports. - Formulated client service strategy resulting in a new Customer Services department subsequently reducing bottlenecks in the project management and account management departments. Implementation of this strategy resulted in having the single greatest affect on the overall profitability of the company in 2005. Acquisitions - Position: Managing Director (SportsWorx) - Acquisition Company Responsibilities: - Oversee operational and marketing activities of Worx Group corporate acquisition. SportsWorx is a marketing and services firm that helps enable high school athletes to gain greater exposure to potential colleges and guide them in the preparation needed to achieve athletic, financial and academic goals to play their chosen sport for the most suitable college.
