Duties (Marketing): Traveled as firm representative to national conferences, presented mutual fund products at booths and seminars; Coordinated, developed, and produced quarter-end marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and collateral materials; client support; researched and completed RFP’s using RFP Machine and used past proposals to write tailored responses to questions; liaison to institutional consultants; maintained contact databases; created reports and presentations with PowerPoint; bound/organized marketing materials and researched investment marketing strategies. Duties (Website): Managed the firm's corporate website, www.amerindo.com. Responsible for creative and strategic direction of the multi-section, 500-page site. Project manager for the creation of new marketing initiatives; collaborated with all departments in the firm to create a powerful web presence; oversaw all outsourced IT services; project proposals/management; worked closely with compliance group to ensure materials are approved before distribution/posting. Duties (PR): Interfaced with reporters, arts organizations, TV production crews and photographers on a daily basis; wrote and distributed press releases; found, formatted and organized all press and media about the firm and advisor; organized all aspects of major press conferences; built contacts in various media arenas; managed independent press-related projects; organized filing and maintained all other aspects of administrative duties. Duties (Office: Operated a twelve-line telephone system; scheduled and executed conference calls and teleconferences; made travel arrangements for all seniors executives; copying, filing, faxing and mailing; maintained all aspects of office management.
