• Project Direct a complete network swap from all its aspects: Radio, Core and Network Management. • Project managed packet core, circuit switched core and VAS (IN, Flexible Charging Solution) swap out to Nokia 3GPP Rel4 core and Nokia VAS. • Run a Steering Committee Meetings with customer executive board on weekly bases to provide them with network status update. • Manage 100 Million Euro worth of project. • Resource planning and CAPEX request for additional headcount • Deploy WCDMA -HSDPA new network in conjunction with the GSM network swap. • Manage contractors and sub-contracting companies: I was the decision maker as far as which sub-contracting company will provide us with the roll-out and radio planning resources. • Introduced new project management processes to suit the Middle East market, as well as adhering to existing working company processes. • Collaborate with the technical development team and business stakeholders to capture all aspects of the business process and to ensure proper delivery.
