My responsibilities included leading the daily office operations of the main construction office and to ensure all equipment and materials were on the proper job-sites. Full charge of all bookkeeping and budgets. Assisted in bidding on multi-million dollar heavy highway construction projects. Prepared certified payroll and payroll taxes for 100+ employees. Experience with state and federal construction guidelines. Coordinated equipment and supplies to various job sites within New York State. Training of new office staff on systems and procedures.
