Daily Duties at U.S.C.:
Administrator of financial and administrative systems and personnel of the Division of Vascular Surgery with control of budgeting and cost management, administrative structure and function, office procedures for both onsite and offsite offices. Daily use of strong business writing skills and team building, particularly in communications with leadership and physicians. Excellent organizational skills used to help increase creativity, independent judgment for self and staff, attention to detail and follow-through. Focus placed process improvement in accounting systems and operating systems with direct support Division Chief in all aspects of divisional process including coordination of over 10 research grants.
