Daily Duties at U.C.L.A.:

In charge of administrative processes, financial tracking and budgeting, and personnel for Division of Dermatology during a period of growth. Position requires daily use of skills such as excellent human relations and oral/written communications skills, management experience in hospital/healthcare environment, and managerial and team building skills. Growth of division requires focus on change and development of change agents. Oversight of more than 40 administrative and lab positions responsible for grant and fund management, academic programs, resident and fellow programs, development and gift funds, and division budget.
