Daily Duties at Fuse Mobile/4 G Wireless:
Meet and exceed individual and store quotas as defined by the District Manager Recruit, interview, and coach all new store personnel Review and enforce all policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and adherence Complete store visit check list when working with all store personnel Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail Maintain a professional appearance for both you and your store Work with DM on all disciplinary action involving subordinates Maintain a file of store visit check lists Must be able to embrace change in an ever changing and growing field Must be willing to work retail hours including holidays and weekends Need to possess the ability to multitask Complete Store Manager daily activity reports Collect and review A.E(Account Executive) activity reports Audit store inventories daily, weekly, and monthly as required Review sales agreements and receipts for compliance Spot-audit cash box Prepare monthly work schedules Check returns/exchanges for compliance to policy As often as possible, observe A.E. behavior from a distance before approaching the store Participate in Chamber of Commerce events Coach ineffective sales performance Utilize “PIPS" (Performance Improvement Plans) to address behavior and/or poor sales performance as needed. (With assistance of the District Manager) Review and enforce participation in all VZW web-based and live trainings Train on new products, services, and promotions Participate in regular role plays with representatives Encourage team work
