Daily Duties at American Pizza Partners:
• Responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of the restaurant including hiring, training, supervision, disciplining and termination of approximately 25-30 direct reports. • Hired and trained seven employees who were promoted to the position of general manager at other restaurants. • Demonstrated the ability to lead a diverse group of employees. • Surpassed labor and expense budgets on a regular basis. • Six years of operations without an employee accident or worker’s compensation claim. • Accurate completion of employee files; new employee documentation; familiarization to policy and procedure manual and employee handbook; advisement of expectations; and terms of employment. • Procurement of supplies, food products, and uniforms; verification of deliveries; accurate completion of weekly inventory, adherence to monthly and yearly operating budgets; and, successful resolution of customer complaints in person, over the phone, or via email. • Increased sales by 15%. • Improved profitability by 10%. • Received the least number of complaints in the company which is compromised of over 150 restaurants across the United States. • Trainer for Manager-In-Training candidates for Western Montana region.
