Daily Duties at Restaurant Management Company:

• Responsible for the successful overall operations of five Pizza Hut restaurants located in Glasgow, Sidney, Glendive, Miles City, and Hardin, Montana. • Directly supervised five general managers and indirectly supervised approximately 120 employees. • Wrote yearly financial budgets in collaboration with each general manager. • Recruited and trained four successful restaurant general managers to replace underperforming managers or those who voluntarily terminated their employment. • Responsible for successfully completing four major remodel projects in a six-month timeframe on schedule and under budget. • Increased sales over the entire market by over 90%. • Improved profitability by 50%. • Successfully trained direct and indirect employees on the implementation of a new point of sale system to enhance tracking and ease of use. • Provided annual sexual harassment and hazard materials training to all employees. • Achieved the two most profitable years for all five restaurants in their 25+ year history. • Compliance to operating standards regarding cleanliness, food safety, service excellence, human resources, and safety. • Oversight and scheduling of preventative and timely maintenance of all equipment and buildings. • Self-motivated to achieve company and personal goals as an independent manager from home office and team player who achieved execution and completion of projects/goals by utilizing resources and key personnel. • Development of restaurant management teams. • Assisted in the recruitment, interviewing, training, coaching, and mentoring of internal, as well as, external candidates for positions and promotions was a major portion of my duties in this role.
