Daily Duties at Wendy's International:
Responsible for all tasks listed in the GM position as well as managing the training program of all new managers assigned to the store. Managed Phase I and Phase II training of assigned newly hired or promoted Assistant and Co Managers. Responsible for developing trainee schedule; executing the training of all wendys crew positional skills in phase I. Wrote and executed training plan on a weely basis. Completed hands on training for every position with trainee and certified them when they were at standard. Role modeled Four Corner Training Method. Provided trainee with coaching and feedback through out the shift and structured feedback at the end of each week. Ensured the completion of all POCs and administered Operation test to ensure Manager trainee was ready to move into Phase II (needed a 90% or higher). Completed all administrative tracking of traing and updated appropriate DM of status on a weekly basis. Completed all basic management traing of managers including all knoweledge and skill necessary to handle cash; open the store; run daily operations; and close the store. Certified all managers on all manaegment positions and all aspects of the "Ops LeaderPosition". Ensured that Manager Trainee completed the appropriate training courses including Basics; Serv safe; and Assitatnt Manager Class if possible. Completed Sparkle Operators Evaluation on trainee at the end of their training program to validate their ability to run a shift and move into Phase III of training, their home store. Was a resource for Manager trainee and receiving GM over next 6 months to help with transition. Completed Phase I and Phase II training programs with numerous franchise managers and District Managers, as well as, several company DMs that were hired from the outside.
