Daily Duties at Montana Manufacturing Extension Center:
• Supervise three employees who are responsible for the administrative support duties of the organization, marketing and public relations for the center, and supporting special projects as required. • Responsible for the financial viability of the organization by tracking and reporting revenue from client projects, grants, state, federal, and other funding sources. • Assist in the implementation of new procedures to measure our successful delivery of services. • Track interactions with clients, stakeholders, partners, through Intuit database. • Modify and manage this database for capturing and identifying all client information necessary for prompt invoicing, statement generation and tracking, updating client data and follow-up on client issues which is critical to Center’s success. • Identify potential funding opportunities, determine the feasibility of pursuing these prospects and attain those funds which align with the Center’s strategy. • Played a significant role in the strategic planning for the organization and am leading two groups responsible for identifying the most effective and efficient path forward to achieve critical operational goals for the organization’s continued growth and greater success. • Engage in a professional and appropriate manner with partners, sponsors, clients, and the general public to maintain and enhance the organization’s reputation. • Greatly enhanced the functionality and ease of use of the organization’s database utilized for customer relations management (CRM). • Drove revenue growth more than 10% higher than previous record through new perspectives and ideas.
