Daily Duties at Wendys International:

Plan and conduct food safety, promotional product and operational evaluations in company and franchise locations; plan and conduct cash and HR audits in company stores. Provide on line support and coaching for critical issues during evaluations. Provide recognition to all team members for effective performance. Provide constructive feedback on areas of opportunity to manager on shift. Link results to specific behaviors and systems when possible. Make recommendations for improvements. Meet with Mulit-unit managers, Franchisees, and company personel to discuss results; identify trends; make recommendations; provide training. Work as a resource for the QA department in the field to help handle issues that may come up including critical food safety issues that may require the temporary closing of a unit; product recalls; data collection; ...etc. Submit all audits via Steton to be loaded into data bank with corporate. Conduct training and calibration meetings with company and franchise personel regarding changes to procedures; the Sparkle Operations Evaluation form. Be a resource for company and franchise personel regarding the Steton software used to complete and submit evaluations. Work with newly promoted QSC Managers to train and calibrate them. Region resource for all other QSC Mnagers regarding policies and procedures; technical questions; approaches to handling issues encountered during evaluations.
