Daily Duties at The Mobile Solution:
Recruited by Regional Sales Manager to Manage 3 mall based kiosks and 9 sales reps in a highly competitive market. Keep sales reps highly motivated and provide sales numbers to Regional Manager on an hourly basis. Understand how to overcome all objections and find the right mobile plan for each potential customer. Be creative in your sales pitches and be comfortable speaking to anyone.
