Daily Duties at Play Network Inc.:
Recruited by the Senior VP of Client Services to manage the tech services and client relationship of the largest equipment revenue generating customer. Develop a process to efficiently manage service requests at over 940 locations. Must respond to requests within 4 hours of notification, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and resolve within 24 hours. Act as point of contact for CEO.
