Recruited by VP, Direct Sales to develop a new sales division focused on selling and supporting heavily franchised organizations across the nation. Build relationships with existing and prospective corporate customers then develop creative media and marketing campaigns that are attractive to franchise owners. Manage Inside Sales team to pursue the individual franchise businesses once corporate approval is secured. Set strategic revenue goals for your team. Prepare and present media services to the entire corporate and franchise organization at their annual conventions. Negotiate contract terms and pricing.
