Daily Duties at Knowledge Management Services:
Design, development, implementation, and operation of the world's largest Real Time Knowledge Management System for the U.S. Army. This included the vision, design, development, upgrading, implementing, and operating a system that included people (Technical SME in Military knowledge), hardware, software, telecommunications, lessons learned, data collection, program/project management, implementation, and operation. The system has evolved from real time knowledge transfer to include training for the entire U.S Army
