Worked in partnership with local school districts to implement MESA program in middle and junior high schools. Collaborated with school districts and business leaders to develop and implement three-, five-, seven-, and ten-year strategic plans for all departments and the organization as a whole. Hired, mentored, and supervised program personnel and participants. Compiled, created, and produced annual reports, budgets, and evaluations on all programs to ensure the meeting of all organizational, local, state, and federal objectives
