Daily Duties at University Of Utah:
Recruited to revitalize and expand the minority program within the College of Engineering. Created strategic plans and hired/trained staff members. Assessed all program activities, redirecting resources to maximize effectiveness. Oversaw department finances and all program budgets totaling more than $300K. Conducted detailed analysis of monthly revenue and expenditure statements. Compiled, created, and produced quarterly/annual reports and evaluations on all programs to ensure the meeting of all organizational, local, state, and federal objectives. Designed and produced brochures, press releases, annual reports, and other marketing documents Oversaw and participated in grant writing.
