Daily Duties at Herzing University:

Public Relations Representative/Coordinator •As a Public Relations Representative, responsible for representing Herzing College at public/private promotional events and fairs. •Participate in media relations and broadcasts for Herzing College advertisement. •Responsible for conducting presentations to community groups and organizations •Identify and gain new sponsors as well as communicating with current sponsors. Career Development Coordinator (CDC) •Responsible for organizing and hosting on-campus/off-campus events as well as participating in other off-campus events to increase community awareness of what Herzing College has to offer its future students. •Work closely with Administration at local and surrounding area Schools by communicating with Counselors, Teachers, Directors and Principals to keep a positive relationship. •Budget Forecasting and Analysis •Responsible for conducting presentations in classroom and auditorium settings. •Responsible for planning and managing new presentations for each school year. •Identify, assess, and communicate ideas with CDC’s at other College campuses. •Utilize efficient time management skills to balance time spent on CDC activities and responsibilities along with Advisor responsibilities. Admissions Advisor •Interact and identify Herzing College prospects via phone, email and in person. •Responsible for interviewing potential students of Herzing College •Provide guidance to current Herzing College students to reach both personal and professional goals.
