This involved teaching them better sales techniques, educating them on the wines in their portfolio and working with field reps. in specific markets. I have also done PR development, including creation marketing brochures, sales sheets, wine information catalogs, and wine cellar appraisals, along with consultation to new winery owners, or prospective ones. Over the years, I also was doing extensive wine writing for International Wine Cellar review (Steven Tanzer), a continuation of a long career as a wine journalist beginning in 1977. Writing for many publications, from the LA Times, to Friends of WIne Magazine, I also acted during this time as the Technical Editor for the WINE FOR DUMMIES book, as well as several other recent and important wine books. Currently consulting to the Grande Dalles Winery, OR
