• Motivate and help my team meet and succeed sales goals by creating sales techniques • Complete the upkeep and paperwork needed to maintain a successful salon including product and supply orders • Build relationships with our guests and provide excellent customer service as well resolve client issues on an as needed basis. • Met and exceeded sales goals with the highest sales in the salon for 2011. Sold $56,610 and accounted for 18% of total salon sales • January 2012 through May 2012 had the second highest sales having sold $29,443 and accounting for 23% of total salon sales
