Daily Duties at Force Protection Industries, Inc:
• Managed a 5 member team in deploying personnel to international locations including administration of personnel and medical files. • Budgeted and coordinated both domestic and international travel and accommodations as well as traveling abroad in support of international team members. • Generated expense reports for deployment costs, oversaw processes in accordance with client specifications and ensured requirement fulfillment through quality audits and checks. • Reduced time needed to deploy new personnel to 2 weeks, down from 3o to 45 days by improving deployment processes. • Instrumental in streamlining processes and procedures by coordinating with management in creation of the OCONUS Guideline.
