Daily Duties at Force Protection Industries, Inc :
• Conducted HR complaint investigations to include process documentation, finding and conclusions, analysis of information and final recommendations for solution. • Assisted in ADP/EV5 system implementation along with development, deployment, training and administration of policies and processes to facilitate smooth transition. • Coached leaders regarding employee relation issues and performance improvement plans. • Participated in unemployment insurance hearings, provided supporting documentation related to terminated employees and handled all personnel information with confidentiality. • Worked with VP & Corporate Attorney regarding legal matters. • Managed HRIS/ADP EV5 to ensure all changes were completed and accurate prior to payroll processing. • Lead, managed and provided training on the performance management process using SuccessFactors.
