Daily Duties at N.N.Jaeschke, Inc.:
Daily responsibility for operation of 1,000,000 square feet of commercial and residential properties in 12 locations. Manage crew of 50 janitorial, building maintenance, security and landscape technicians. Responsible for budget preparation, reserve study analysis, contract negotiation and supervision with outside vendors and contractors for a variety of services including development of scope of work, bid review and contracts. Responsible for space planning and office relocations. Responsible for all maintenance planning, scheduling and implementation. Responsible for the management of company safety program for 260 employees. Responsibilities include SB 198 record keeping, presentation of monthly safety and education meetings for landscaping, janitorial, building maintenance, security, painting and office staff. Interact with workers compensation carrier and medical clinic to insure proper reporting, modified work procedures and accident investigation. Responsible for compliance with all government regulations: OSHA, Title 19, Title 24, Building Codes, EPA-including oversight of hazardous waste disposal program, Air Pollution Control and County Health and Environment.
