Daily Duties at Nvr Mortgage:

This small office had 1 loan officer and 1 processor and 1 closer, doing business with 1 builser. I was hired to expand the business. I hired and trained 6 loan officers. Hired and trained 4 loan processors and hired 2 addtional closers and a Operations Manager. I gave sales seminars to the real estate community in Rocheter and meet with all of their offices individually. We went from 5 million in sles the first year to 45 million and 60 million the 2nd year to 74 million the next year. I trained the sales staff and held bi weekly meeting the first year tto ensure their success. I meet with the operations staff 2 days a week and continually held training classes for them. I had weekly meetings with closing staff and closing attornweys to ensure strong communication and readiness for the increases in volumne. I implemented to policy and proceedures for faster processing and increased the communications between our customer and processing.I strengthend the organization by reviewing employees work loads and fine tuning all aspects of the operations while building out production. Handled a name and liecensing issue with the State of New York directly and was successful in securing a name change and not loosing our ability to close loans by working closly with the attorneys and the State Department. Conducted audits monthly to ensure quality control to ensure smooth sailing during NYS aduits, which occurred on an annual basis.Reviewed declined loans on a daily basis, reworked them and had a 90% approval rating and a 2.1 default rating.As Branch Managers were added to NVR I was selected to Train them and help them set up their office. I was selected to aquire office space in Buffalo New York, hired a Branch Manager and sales and operations people. I was promoted to Area Manager the week of the grand opening. Also responsible for creating my annual budget and presenting it to the VP Regional Manager. I became the go to for other Branch Mangars in the system for sale and opertions or just to mentor on corp policey and procedures.
