Manage the quality issues of 5 Instrument Panels assembly lines. Each assembly line has an average of 40 assembly stations. Establish the immediate containment of quality issues reported by our customer’s worldwide. Drive the root cause analysis investigation with our cross functional team. Implement corrective actions through the 8D process. Submit customer responses by each deadline. Validate corrective actions through internal audits. Share and implement lessons learned across all similar products on the plant. Develop and implement company wise systemic procedures for continuous quality improvements.
