Daily Duties at Special Tees:

Develope new business with cold calling.Meet with clients to create specilized products to fit the need of their business or organization by skillful communication to assertain the clients needs. Develope a plan and inplement the plan to ensure the customers full satisfaction to result in repeat and referral business. Ensuring customer satisfaction.Working closely with Art Director and artists to promote customer requests and designs. Hire and train other sales staff. Responsible for all pricing to increase bottom line through cost control and negotiating with vendors. I doubled the volumne in the first year to 2 million in sales and added an additional 2 million so far this year.
