Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheet, income statement, budget and cash flow. Analyze balance sheet, income statement, and budget variances. Supervise the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable monthly closing process. Prepare monthly reconciliations, cash, pre-paids, fixed assets, goodwill, line of credit, accrued liabilities, notes payable, and capital lease accounts. Maintain a daily cash spreadsheet for support of bank reconciliations and cash flow purposes. Reconcile and maintain fixed asset database. Implement projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting department. Developed reconciliations and spreadsheets that streamlined the accounting process, which improved the quality of information in the general ledger.
