Daily Duties at Continental Home Mortgage:
JLS built the homes and I provided the mortgage financing. Only employee in the Eugene office. Provide progressive mortgage advice to homeowners and prospective homeowners who choose their mortgage as a way to create wealth and security. Ask thought provoking questions to discover what is important to clients and clarify their goals. Negotiate for clients, working with up to 20 different people from over 5 different industries during each transaction. Oversee all the transactional details to make sure deadlines are met during the 30 - 45 day timeline of purchasing or refinancing a home. Bottom line is I do a great job at helping people get through the process of financing or refinancing their mortgage.
