Daily Duties at Maximizer:
In my sales support role I handled customer service calls, handling returns, tracing shipments, entering sales orders and the liason with shipping companies in Canada and the US. I supported 12 inside sales reps and 10 regional reps. The finance position consisted of tracking the companies profits in Excel, issuing credit memo's and processing all of the payment transactions.
