Daily Duties at Nbc Universal Studios:

I held many positions within the company starting as an Executive Assistant and moving my way up to a Customer Service Account Executive and then a Project Coordinator in Technology. The Executive Assistant positions I held consisted of phones, calendar's, expenses, travel, meetings and other support actions as needed. I also helped run the bi-annual sales meetings for a week at a time for 340 sales reps with a $250,000 to $500,000 budget. As a Customer Service Account Executive I worked with the sales associate and the buyer to manage the inventory on nine top accounts (Wal-Mart, Target, Blockbuster, etc). I managed and ran a weekly sales workbook, provided detailed sales reports and arranged for all manufacturing and distribution of our titles on DVD. As a project coordinator I handled the on-boarding of new employees, conferences, travel and training, purchase requisitions and the vendor liason to executive management.
