Daily Duties at Mgm Mirage Inc. / City Center Project:
I assisted the VP of Technology for the CityCenter project with executive admin duties including calendar, travel, expenses, emails, daily meetings and international conference calls. I was the department liason with all vendors supporting the project (IBM, Dell, Insight, Nortel, Microsoft, Cisco, Siemens, etc). Assisted in detailed reporting of a $115.3M budget. As a project coordinator I managed and tracked milestones and project timelines with 14 project managers. I also handled the NDA's, SOW's, COI'sand worked directly with legal to execute over 140 legal contracts.
