Managed a team 20 technical advisers for British Telecom narrow band LoE. I was handpicked by the British Telecom technical panel for the Pilot batch who will transition the Narrow band desk and manage the small business customers for their ISDN, DSL and Dail up issues. I designed various troubleshooting manuals for the team and bought multiple appreciations from the BT’s customers because excellent ISP support me and my team provided. Multiple OS like Windows and Apple were supported wherein team troubleshoot the issues with local connectivity and all the way to Telecom Exchange settings.
