Overall responsibility for the daily administrative, business, logistics, and production operations for a manufacturer of bio-based cleaning and maintenance products. Overall responsibility for scheduling of personnel, production, and supply chain logistics. Worked on owner’s behalf to handle all financial, accounting, and payroll duties. Served as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, service providers, freight carriers, and governmental agencies. Oversaw office and warehouse operations and developed short term and long term production schedules. Responsible for employee training and development.
