Daily Duties at Travel To Go:
Researching Vendors and products. speaking with clients to determine needs and wants. Giving clients multiple options for customer to consider and decide based on customer responses. Selling air, car, hotel, cruise, and other assorted travel products. Training others in products and services. Advising clients on need for Travel Protection with an emphisis on International Travel. International Procedures advising. Protecting client intrests. Training fellow agents on updates from vendors. Being point of contact for team for unusual destinations. Trained one on one staff in core compentices and five-star customer service.
