Daily Duties at Tom Hengel Construction:
As a self employed Contractor in the residential market I worked with the architect and customer / home owner, to design homes, bid jobs, dealt with subcontractors to obtain their bids and make their end of the project work, subcontractors for excavation, concrete (foundation) wiring, plumbing. I would Obtain Permits, Constructed project, (Carpentry)frame, side, roof, decks & patios, stairways, schedule & coordinate subcontractors, then provide labor to finish project.
