Daily Duties at Sentis:

Managed several large client accounts ($1-3 Million) and related projects, and was responsible for ensuring an effective continued working alliance. This role required advanced project management skills Created complex organizational change project plans in collaboration with clients Delivered various leadership and frontline training programs to global clients to ignite a long-term business change process resulting in improved health and safety, and leadership performance Required advanced level training facilitation, coaching, and relationship management skills and extensive global travel on behalf of the client services team Instructional Design & program customization Proposal, Approval of Work and Quarterly Report writing for US and Canadian clients
