Daily Duties at Sentis:
Applied Advanced Training Facilitation Skills to impact business leaders and elicit engagement in change Provided coaching to the Sentis Americas Learning Facilitator Team regarding delivery of world-class, neuropsychology-based training services live on client sites around the world. Learning focused on improving employee health, safety, and leadership skill sets Provided mentorship and coaching to the Sentis Americas Team regarding the provision of leadership coaching to our clients’ C-Suite through frontline employees Created complex organizational change project plans designed to move individuals and organizations through various stages of change toward achieving set performance targets Led individual and group live coaching sessions to further transfer learning acquired within training, as employees practiced new leadership skills and techniques
