• Modified SOPs to better identify testing methods or where corrections needed to be made. • Testing included; gown qualification to enter clean rooms, perform clean steam, compressed air, endotoxin using gel-clot method, audits of manufacturing personnel and swabbing instruments for contamination. • Identified microbes using microscopy, Gram stains, morphology, and diagnostic techniques. • Operated and maintained autoclave. • Worked under aseptic technique for all previously stated testing. • Monitored water, air, surfaces, and personnel under cGMP's and ISO standards for a variety of clean room classifications within QC Microbiology group.
