Daily Duties at Proctor & Gamble:

• Responsible for management of QC Site Product Testing laboratory and all functions during a 12-hour shift. • Initiate and investigate OOL/OOS/OOT for atypical results, requesting re-sample and performing retest when necessary. • Perform Gas Chromatography, auto-titration, saponification, peroxide testing, acid value, ester values, melting and flash points, pH, HPLC, UV/VIS, methanol and moisture analysis on final product and in-process samples. • Ensure timely delivery of sample results in accordance with manufacturing time schedule. • Perform sample management with software updates, and coordinate with manufacturing for sample delivery. • Calibrate, maintain and trouble-shoot all equipment, ensure inventory readiness, and hand off to incoming shift with updated shift reports.
