Daily Duties at Ge Healthcare :
•Provide 4th line support for existing and new applications under the Data Intelligence domain, specifically in ETL area. •Provide 3rd and 4th line support for the Enterprise Data Warehouse •Administered constructing Universes, Data Providers, and generating Intricate Reports from multiple data sources in Business Objects •Continuous and conscious efforts to improve performance of existing ETL routines. •On time delivery of data to the business • Understanding the Ad hoc Business Requirements and Preparing the Scripts/Reports to provide data to business Users. •Preparing Ad hoc Reports, Fixing the Failed jobs and other •Server, Database, Batchman, Data Stage related issues, •Resolving the Tickets and build UNIX Scripts for FTPing Files. •Involved in Bulk loading of data from non-Oracle data sources using SQL * Loader. •Participated in system analysis, data modeling and database designing which included creating tables, views, indexes, synonyms, triggers, procedures and packages. •Developed Shell and PL/SQL scripting for regular maintenance and production support to load the data in regular intervals. • Wrote complex SQL scripts using joins, sub queries and correlated sub queries. •Involved in the design, development, testing and maintenance. •Handling of large volumes of files with no discrepancies in Loading data to the tables. •Problem Resolution Document Preparation.
