Managed up to 10 projects simultaneously varying from $100K to $3 million each in NYC area. -Responsible for overseeing successful execution Worked closely with quoting, engineering, and subcontract administrators to ensure that projects met milestones, were completed on time and within budget through analyzing, evaluating and changing critical issues that previously led to negative project balances. -Provided employee training and regular employee performance evaluations, leading to increased productivity. Took positive control of other regional projects to alleviate losses and increase company perception with customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors. -Increased audit ratings on company internal and external levels, which led to increased customer satisfaction, positive revenue forecasting, risk analysis, and focused intervention when indicated. -Oversaw the restoration of multiple customer networks in NYC during the crisis of 9/11. Coordinated and ensured resumption of customer network issues via implementation of crisis intervention techniques, knowledge of network needs, and utilizing resources on a 24/7 basis. Received commendation letters from several customers regarding company, personal, and team response to the crisis.
