Primary responsibility to mentor lead pastor and develop executive team following significant personnel change; establish peacemaking culture and facilitate that development within the staff and volunteers. Developed and implemented performance management and succession planning modules; developed leaders to champion the processes. Provided fundamental regulatory and process implementation; trained HR personnel to continue. Wrote and implemented handbook and associated processes and forms.
