Daily Duties at Wal Mart:

Managed and led a staff of over 500 employees to improve retail profitability through efficient operations in a $120 million dollar super center. • Collaborated with management team to optimize retail sales by addressing customer feedback, associate and customer safety and developing plans for improvement. • Inspected weekly projections and analysis of financial performance through multiple reports such as profit and loss statement, markup/markdown report and others. • Performed human resource activities such as recruitment, training and development, retention, termination, employee relations and performance management and evaluation. • Reviewed, projected and finalized store schedules. • Responsible for merchandising of store. • Created store plans for holidays and major events such as black Friday
