Daily Duties at Ernst And Young:
As a Senior Managment Consultant I was responsbile for championing package enabled re-engineering for PeopleSoft and SAP. As a PS Financials lead I was charged with functional leadersip during "what is" and "to be" phase of the implementation for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Budgeting and Finance. Managed Project Management Office – SAP/PeopleSoft Implementations, led client meetings and interviews. Performed GAP Analysis,worked with ISAAS Team on system audits, identified breakdowns in system and implemented corrective actions. Contributed to measuring, refining, and communicating potential and delivered value. Participated in the QA process and managed engagement risk through reaffirming client expectations, managing scope, and early identification and action regarding potential problems.
