As VP, my responsibilities are to lead a large team of professionals to achieve and exceed the growth and sales goals for various product/services lines in Science, Clinical, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, IT, Engineering, Legal, Accounting and Finance, Light Industrial and Administrative Support. Lead key strategic initiatives that benefits both the territory and the company as a whole. Work in tandem with Product SME's to ensure growth of each product line and the best business outcome. Work collaboratively for a cohesive interface to both the field and the customers while achieving financial and operational efficiences by leading and mananaging multiple offices and multi-million dollar P&L's. Responsible for managing various markets while building and growing a sales team of professionals to capture market growth and revenue potential.
