Daily Duties at Hamlin Company:
We were a Microsoft Solutions provided and an authorized Novell retailer, providing network consultation, installation, support, and service. I was the service department manager for a computer retail sales establishment, overseeing daily operations including supervising three technicians, one logistics, and one clerical bookkeeper. I participated in the service contract development and solicitation process. Oversaw contract obligation and fulfillment activities for government and private sector clients such as NADEP, City of Pensacola, and FedEx. As an authorized multi product warranty service center, maintained active status and satisfied accreditations for all product lines. Managed daily service department support of our 13 person sales operation, providing warranty and non- warranty repair services, as well as contract services for many computer products/systems.
